Your symptoms are not just something you have to live with
You have cut out gluten. Maybe dairy too. You have read the articles, tried a supplement or two, and quietly compared yourself to friends who seem completely unaffected by any of it. And still, on an ordinary week, your body does not feel like something you can predict or trust.
Somewhere along the way you started wondering if this is simply your life now.
Why the advice you have already tried has not worked
Most gut health support starts in the wrong place. It starts with removal. Cut this out. Avoid that. Try this protocol next. Those tools are not the problem and have real value when applied appropriately.
But when used without understanding what is actually driving your specific symptoms, they just leave you with a smaller diet and the same unresolved problem underneath it.
You do not need more restriction. You need someone to sit with your full picture, your history, what you have already tried, what shifted and what did not, and help you work out what is worth focusing on next.
A different way in
Grounded Health starts with you, not with a protocol handed over and expected to be followed perfectly.
Alicia was diagnosed with coeliac disease as a child and developed autoimmune arthritis at fifteen. At her worst, she could not walk without significant pain and was on multiple medications. Gradually, by identifying her own triggers, rebuilding gut resilience, supporting her gut microbiome, gut barrier health, and learning what lifestyle factors impacted her symptoms, she reduced and eventually no longer needed that medication, and ran pain free for the first time in a very long time.
That is where this approach comes from. Structured frameworks like the Low FODMAP diet and G.E.M.M. protocol and Autoimmune protocol, are used where they add real clarity, never as a default starting point.
Nothing is prescribed without the reasoning behind it being explained first, because understanding why makes the plan something you can actually sustain.
12 Week - Gut Resilience Program
Before anything else, it helps to understand what might really be driving your symptoms.
What is included in the Gut Resilience Program
A 12-week program built for exactly this stage, priced at $1,250 NZD, with a single payment or three instalments available across the twelve weeks.
It includes a 20-minute strategy session to confirm fit before anything is committed to, a 90 minute comprehensive initial consultation, four fortnightly 30-minute follow-up consultations, a final 45-minute review and future planning session, personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, practical resources including symptom trackers, optional functional testing where it would genuinely change what happens next, and email support between sessions.
No protocol handed over blind. Just a plan built around your specific picture.
What has changed for other women like you
One client had lived with poor gut health for two years and assumed it was simply ageing. His words afterwards: I have not felt this good in years.
Another described the process as tailor-made for her specific situation, accounting for a full and demanding life rather than an idealised version of it. Two clients with IBS who believed they would have to manage their symptoms permanently both experienced meaningful change through the process.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in human nutrition (BAppSci), Monash Low FODMAP diet certification for IBS, and is a G.E.M.M. protocol accredited clinician, alongside her own lived experience of two autoimmune conditions. She understands the challenges, frustrations and confusion that can come with understanding how to support your body to feel well, manage symptoms and finally feel better.
What if nutrition does not make enough difference for me?
That is a fair question, and an honest one. There is no results guarantee here, because that is not a promise anyone can make responsibly about a body as individual as yours. What is offered instead is the free strategy session, a chance to talk through your specific picture and confirm this is the right fit before you commit to anything financially.
Understanding your body well enough to trust it again starts with one conversation.
Why now, rather than waiting until January
Waiting until January means carrying the same unpredictable symptoms through the one stretch of the year that tends to make them hardest to manage, disrupted routine, richer food, more social occasions. Starting now means having real understanding in place before the holidays arrive, not after.
Alicia works with a limited number of clients personally, fortnightly, one on one with online coaching, which means spaces are genuinely finite.
You have been managing this long enough. Let us make sense of it together, before the year is out.
