16 Week
Gut-Inflammation Stabilisation Program
You have tried everything. It is time to test, not just guess.
You have cut out gluten, dairy, and half a dozen other foods along the way.
You have done the elimination diets. You have taken the supplements someone told you might help. You have read enough about gut health to have opinions of your own.
And still, on an ordinary week, your body does not feel like something you understand.
Why more elimination has not been the answer
Most gut health advice keeps pointing in the same direction. Cut this out. Avoid that. Try this protocol next. And while intentional eliminations can have their place and can provide real answers for people.
You have followed that advice more than once, and it hasn’t resolved what is actually going on underneath your symptoms.
This can often lead to a more and more restricted diet and increasing food fear.
For longer standing, more complex cases, autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, gut symptoms that have been part of your life for years, guessing is not the missing piece. Testing is.
Understanding what is actually happening in your gut, rather than adding another restriction and hoping it helps, is what this programme is built around.
Before another protocol, it is worth understanding what is actually going on.
Sixteen weeks, built for complex cases
This is a longer, deeper programme than the twelve week Gut Resilience Program, built specifically for cases like yours, where years of symptoms need more than a quick round of adjustments to properly unpack.
Priced at $2,700 NZD, with a single payment or an instalment plan available, it includes a 20-minute strategy session, a 90-minute comprehensive initial consultation, a GutIQ - GI Metagenomic Mapping gut microbiome test valued at $827.54, a dedicated functional testing overview consultation to walk through what the results actually mean for you, five fortnightly follow-up consultations, a final review and future planning session, personalised nutrition and lifestyle protocols, practical resources and trackers, access to prescription only supplements, a minimum of ten hours dedicated clinical time on your case, and email support throughout.
Real testing behind a plan built specifically for your picture, not another guess.
What Alicia understands that most practitioners do not
Alicia was diagnosed with coeliac disease as a child and developed autoimmune arthritis at fifteen. At her worst, she could not walk without significant pain and ended up on multiple medications just to get her symptoms under control.
Gradually, by identifying her own triggers, completing her Bachelor in Applied science specialising in human nutrition to better understand food and how it influences our health, she reduced and eventually no longer needed that medication, and ran pain free for the first time in years.
That path was not linear, and it was not quick. It is the direct foundation for why this programme gives complex cases the time and depth they genuinely need, rather than compressing years of symptoms into a plan built for something simpler.
What has changed for other women managing complex symptoms
Two clients with IBS who believed they would have to manage their symptoms permanently both experienced meaningful change through the process.
Another client had lived with poor gut health for two years and assumed it was simply ageing. His words afterwards: I haven’t felt this good in years.
Another client got her gut microbiome test back and we found it was low in oxalate degrading bacteria, temporarily removing high oxalate foods significantly improved her autoimmune arthritis inflammation and improved her day to day quality of life.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in human nutrition, Monash Low FODMAP diet certification for IBS, and is an accredited G.E.M.M. protocol clinician, alongside her own lived experience of two autoimmune conditions.
You are not the first person to feel like nothing has worked yet.
Is this the right level of support for you?
If you are managing autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, or gut symptoms that have been part of your life for a long time, and you are ready to move past quick fixes towards something with real testing and real time behind it, this is likely the right fit.
There is no results guarantee, since that is not a promise anyone can make responsibly about a body as individual as yours. The free strategy session is where fit gets confirmed honestly, before any financial commitment.
Your individual timeline
While 16 weeks within this program can have real positive improvements with symptoms and improving your health and wellbeing, for many who have been working through chronic conditions like autoimmune disease and significant gut health challenges, a longer time period is common to really see that sustainable and gradual improvement.
While 16 weeks of support provides a great foundation of nutrition and behaviour change support, some clients transfer over to a continuation program, setting your schedule for follow ups so that the support continues past those first 16 weeks.
Starting before the new year
There is no pressure attached to a deadline here.
What is true is that starting before the new year gives you a genuine head start, rather than
carrying this into another January feeling like you are beginning again from nothing.
You have carried this long enough. Let us start building real understanding, on your timeline.
